What are personal data and why we need them
Hello,
Your personal data include your first name, your last name and your date of birth, and other information such as whether you have any food allergies. We need this information to get things organised and make sure that you have a good day with us.
Your personal data were provided to us by people who take care of you (your parents or other adults) when they enrolled you in museum activities.
Sometimes we invite a photographer to film the activities in which you participate. This will enable people who are unable to attend to see what goes on inside our museum. Don’t worry, the photographer will only take shots you if your parents or carers want to.
Inside and outside the museum there are security cameras that record what happens to protect you from any unpleasant incidents, such as theft or robbery. The footage will only be used if something serious happens and requires viewing.
All your data will remain here at the museum and will only be read by the people who have to organise your visit.
If you have any questions, you can call us at 0461 270311, send us an email at amministrazione@muse.it, write a letter to MUSE – MUSEO DELLE SCIENZE – Corso del Lavoro e della Scienza, 3 – 38122 Trento, or you can contact the Data Protection Officer by sending an email to privacy@qsa.it.
On our website you will find a longer text explaining in detail what you have just read: Go to dedicated page.

Thank you and enjoy your visit.
