If you are under 14 years of age, you and another person can visit the museum free of charge.

Buy your tickets from the Ticketlandia portal: you can choose the day and slot of your museum visit and pay by credit card.
You will receive a confirmation email with your MUSE ticket in pdf.
On the day of your visit, if you have bought a full-price ticket and you arrive at the time chosen, you can show your digital copy or printed ticket at the entrance to the museum rooms without going to the ticket office.
If, on the other hand, you have special price or free tickets, you must have them checked at the ticket office.
Entry on the date and at the time requested is only guaranteed when you buy your tickets online.

We love all animals at MUSE, but for safety reasons we only allow guide dogs: please remember to present the certificate at the cash desk.
